Are you looking for a new role as a Artwork Team Leader? An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Artwork Team Leader of the highest calibre to join one of our pharma clients.

The successful Artwork Team Leader will be managing a team of 6 Artwork Coordinators, so this is a well-seasoned team leader level role. This is not a creative role.

Duties:



* Provide leadership, training and technical support for your team
* Enhancing processes to ensure optimal customer service levels are met
* Accountable for managing the workload and capacity constraints with Packaging Design Manager Communicate the status of activities regularly, to deliver error free, high-quality printed components and managing a smooth workflow of work within the team structure to ensure that the target deadlines are achieved

Qualifications and experience:



* Experience of artwork processes/artwork change control management preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry
* Experience managing a team
* Excellent excel skills with a high level of analytical skills
* Ability to solve complex issues despite incomplete and ambiguous information, incorporating data from multiple sources
* Experience in the use of standard business applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of SAP being an advantage but not essential
