ASB Officer

Are you looking to work closer to home? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ASB Officer based in a Local Authority in West London.

Post: ASB Officer

Rate: Circa £19 - £21 an hour

We are looking for an experienced ASB Officer to resolve complex ASB cases through achieving positive outcomes using a variety of legislative powers and preventative measures to increase resident satisfaction with the management of such cases.

The main duties of the role are as followings;

* To provide a first-class Anti-Social Behaviour management service to the Council residents.
* To work effectively as part of the Council's Housing Services directorate, delivering corporate objectives through the work of the Housing Service.
* To work with key stakeholders in improving service quality and promoting creative and innovative ways of tackling local problems, ensuring services delivered meet the needs of our community and are accessible to all users.
* To work closely with the Professional Witness, Concierge, Estate Caretakers, Housing Officers, Housing Team Leaders and Sheltered Scheme Managers to resolve ASB issues..


* Social housing experience.
* Standard DBS is preferred.
* Experience of anti-social behaviour management.
* Knowledge of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
* Ability to gather evidence and prepare casework with attention to detail.
