job description

Contract Asbestos Surveyor, Liverpool - £35 - £40 per survey

If you are an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity, then this could be great for you. This is expected to be for an inital two month contract term, with the liklihood of an extension upon the successful completion of this project.

The position

This position will require a surveyor to carry out housing surveys across the city of Liverpool. The contract is ongoing, and will mainly be based in the suburbs of Liverpool.

These will be management surveys with R&D elements to social housing type properties. You will also survey communal areas, re-inspections and external elements to the property.

All of the surveys will be clustered together on a daily basis to keep your travel time down to a minimum.

Qualifications

You will need to have a P402 or RSPH, as well as experience in this type of work. Recent experience as a fully qualified surveyor is also essential.

It is essential that you have your own transportation, surveys tool-kit, as well as half-mask, recent face-fit test and asbestos awareness certification.

If this is a role you, or someone you know would be interested in, then please contact the details below for further information.
