Randstad Education are recruiting for ASD Teachers for a lovely ASD school based in the heart of Bromley. This is a special school for children aged 4 -19 catering for pupils on the Autistic spectrum form mild - severe.

Pupils have a range of SEN mostly consisting of autism, learning difficulties and social and communication difficulties. It is not an EBD school but obviously a few pupils will have more challenging behaviour than others. Classes here are small with a maximum of ten pupils. Each class is supported by at least two learning support assistants. We have three leading practitioners across the school who are on hand to provide guidance. They have a strong leadership team consisting of the Head, two deputies and two assistant head teachers who are all responsible for different aspects of the school such as behaviour, well being etc

The school are looking to recruit:

1 x Secondary Teacher - KS3

To be considered for these excellent opportunities you must:

- Have experience teaching pupils with Special Needs (specifically Autism)

- Be available September 2017

- Have strong behaviour management skills

- Have an in date DBS (Ideally on the update service)

- Have ETW in the UK

- Must be able to commit for absolute minimum of one term and preferably longer

- Must have previous primary experience in an English school
