Assistant Director (Resident Services)

A reputable Housing Association is looking for a highly suitable candidate to be accountable for consistent high performance and answerable to a range of stakeholders and critically, your residents.
You will be responsible for the delivery of an intensive housing management service to our general need's residents. Working across the core housing management functions you will ensure that residents feel supported from the beginning to end of any enquiry they raise with us to do with their home. You will grow a proactive approach to dealing with tenancy fraud, supporting our most vulnerable residents as well as resolving ASB.

Key Requirements:An experienced commercial leader, able to demonstrate success in transitioning strategy into operational services and subsequent delivery, whilst ensuring the organisation's values remain core to service delivery. Operating in a similar senior position, able to demonstrate and engender a culture of 'excellence' in stakeholder management and customer service in others.Sector knowledge and housing management experience.Extensive 'people management' skills, able to lead, motivate and inspire others at all levels to deliver against demanding objectives.
