job description

Looking for an opportunity to grow within a leading organisation? My client are looking to bring on an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on iconic London based projects. There is also flexibility to work from home for 2 days a week. This role is playing up to £30,000 + package.

The duties are as follows:

Working on both cost analysis and cost reporting.


* Getting involved in the final accounts with the guidance of a senior QS.


* Assisting with risk analysis, cost control, forecasting and value management.
*

Working with subcontractor accounts and working on procurement.


The requirements are as follows:



*

At least 1 year experience as an assistant or trainee Quantity Surveyor.


* Qualification in Quantity Surveying or currently studying one.


* Experience working on new build or refurbishment projects (desirable).
