Assistant Site Managers include
Duties,No2 on site, whilst reporting directly in to the Site Manger, whilst working on a block/phase of the projectSupporting the Site Managers whilst running the site on a daily basisEnsuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme and addressing any issues to the project leadDriving through quality at every stage of the construction processEnsuring the development pass internal and external inspection processesEnsuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered toTaking responsibility for self-development and the development of othersMonitoring and controlling the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to sub-contractors
Qualifications, Must have volume build experience within the residential new build industry Degree level or experience from a trade background would be an advantage Has a positive and ambitious outlook on their work SMSTS CSCS First Aid
