Are you an Assistant Site Manager with experience of working for a house builder, or a Supervisor / Manager for a Sub Contractor and want an opportunity to work for developer and oversee all aspects of a project, rather than just one trade? Do you want to work for a national developer as an Assistant Site Manager and received the support and training to ensure you make an excellent Site Manager in your own right?

Location: Cranleigh

Contract Type: Perm

Start: ASAP

Salary: £38k = 45k + bens

The project is an existing site with individual houses up to £1M in value. There are about 80 units to complete over the next two years. All of the properties are traditional build. The successful Assistant Site manager will work closely with the existing Project Manager and assist on all stages of the build process.

The site has previously won an NHBC Pride in the Job and will hopefully again. The Assistant Site Manager that secures this role, could start adding awards to thier CV at an early stage!!

Requirements:

CSCS, First Aid at Work, SMSTS

Experience with a house builder as an Assistant Site Manager OR Sub Contractor Supervisor / Manager working on new build volume housing

A desire to produce a high quality product and appreciate ongoing training and professional development.
