The project is just starting and we are now looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager who will support the Manager when the initial groundworks have been completed. The project is a timber frame development of circa 80 units.

Requirements:
CSCS, First Aid at Work, SMSTS
Experience with a house builder or main contractor as an Assistant Site Manager working on multi unit new build housing projects.
Good Timber Frame experience (as a Manager)
A desire to produce a high quality product and appreciate ongoing training and professional development.
