Are you an Assistant Site Manager looking for a company that will invest in you and develop you in to a leading construction Site Manager? Do you want to work on a project from the very start and being involved in the management of each stage of a building project? Do you want to work locally in Sussex and work for a small local company? If the answer is yes read on....

Trainee or Assistant Site Manager required for a project in Lewes. The development is of new houses and apartments, but with interesting architectural elements including a variety facades and some with balconies.

If successful you will be the No2 on site and have a more experienced Site Manager to develop you in the early stages of your career, with a view to being at a level when you could run your own project in 1-2 yrs.

The company will train you and put you through industry recognised courses, such as scaffold awareness and NHBC Defect Prevention.

As well as all the training and support you will be rewarded with a decent basic salary, car allowance, pension and other fringe benefits.

To be considered for the role you must have some site experience working on new build housing projects and hold a valid CSCS card. If the role is on interest then please apply today
