Have you got experience delivering on residential developments? Are you able to motivate and manage sub contractors to deliver effectively within program? If so this may be the opportunity for you.

I am currently working with an award winning housebuilder on an excellent opportunity for a Assistant Site Manager to work on a 190 unit project comprising a mix of houses and apartments. The successful candidate will be an all-rounder that is able to see the project through each stage of it's build and should have experience in seeing projects from start finish, ideally gained from in a contracting environment.

The expansion of this organisation has been steady and solid; they are looking for individuals to join, develop and continue a long term career as they continue to grow.

* Managing sub contractors and trades in order to deliver within program

* Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificates
* Proven track record on projects from start to finish
* Allround experience
* Developer or contractor experience
