Are you an ambitious Assistant Site Manager looking for a company that is going to invest in you? Have you already gained at least a couple of years working on residential developments in the UK? If so, this may be just the opportunity for you.

Due to growth, I am currently recruiting for Assistant Site Managers to join a £60million residential scheme in East London. The project is 180 units across 3 RC frame blocks including an 18 storey tower. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a section of the development sitting beneath a SSM.

My client invests heavily in their staffs professional developments and has a great reputation for holding it's staff, expect to be trained and nurtured.


* Reporting directly into the Senior Site Manager, taking responsibility for the day to day running and problem solving of a section of the development
* Managing sub contractors and trades in order to deliver within program
* Ensuring health and safety on site


* Car Allowance or Car (Audi, Mercedes, BMW)
* Competitive basic salary

* Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificates
* Proven track record on a project from start to finish
* RC Frame experience
* Residential experience
