Assistant Site manager opportunity in Maidstone, Kent

£40 - £45k plus package

The Brief:

We are working with a highly regarded business that specialises in housing developments across the UK. They have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager and a number of live projects and future work in the pipeline.

The clients are looking for a number of Assistant Site Managers for a new build project in Kent. The Assistant will be reporting into the Senior Site Manager and will have a number of responsibilities including general support to the Site Manager, Health and Safety, quality control, sub contractor liaison etc.

This is an excellent opportunity. Its is a large phased project and the client is looking at other parcels of land in the same location. There is loads of opportunity to progress with the business, they are known for bringing staff through the ranks with support and further training. .

The Ideal Applicant:



* Excellent eye for detail and finish.
* Strong organisational and liaison skills.
* Be able to motivate labour and sub cotractors.
* Good level of IT literacy.
* Previous experience of new build projects.
* Highly motivated and committed to the highest standards.
* Focused on progress.
* Be able to prioritise between being in the office and monitoring development out on site.
* Accurate reporting into Site Manager and, or Project Manager.
