I am currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work on a residential scheme.
For this role you must be able to focus on health and safety along with covid rules and regulations on site.

The company:
A very well established house builder building across the midlands and East Anglia.
The project:
a Residential development of circa 48 flats
The role:
You will Assist the Site Manager on all daily duties. You will generally oversee the internals aspect of the project which will and your role will include but not be limited to:
- Attend subcontractor progress meetings
- Coordinate subcontractors daily activities.
- Carry out site inspections, create defects/snag lists using their tablet system,
- ensure contractors have received non-conformance notices and set deadlines for corrective works to be completed.
- Order materials where required
- Perform the site induction process, tool box talks and monitor that safe systems of work are being adhered to.
- Customer liaison.
- Provide progress updates throughout the day to the Senior Manager on site.
- Manage Covid protocols on site, ensuring everyone is being compliant with distancing and sanitising
- Oversee aspects of health and safety
Qualifications:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Management Card (Gold or above)
- First Aid
Experience:
- Recent relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of working as part of a team
- Trade background would be an advantage.
