job description

Assistant Site Manager x 4 - New Build Housing - North West

I have an immediate requirement for at least 4 Assistant Site Managers to control new build housing units throughout the North West.

The role can offer unparalleled progression and development, as the reason for the vacancies are due to my clients existing Assistant Site Managers being promoted internally to Site Management.

Projects are new build housing units, both timber frame and traditional, sites can vary in size from 20 units to 250+ units. You will work closely alongside the Site Manager and your main duties and responsibilities include tool box talks, maintaining health and safety, managing paperwork and ensuring site is kept on programme.

As an Assistant Site Manager you will;

* Come from a construction background (trade or construction related degree)
* Have new build housing experience
* Hold your SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid
* Be based in the North West and willing to travel for work

Interviews are available immediately and a start can be organised as soon as it suits both parties, a market leading salary and package is on offer along with the chance to further develop your career with one of the best contractors in the industry.
