I am currently recruiting for a freelance MEP Manager to join a leading groundworks contractor on an exiting heritage site, a major construction project in London. As an MEP Manager you will be required to lead, coordinate and manage the M&E sub contractor on site who are striping out and removing all MEP services on site. This is a freelance position starting ASAP and is on an ongoing basis. You will be paid £350 - £400 a day LTD (depending on experience) Candidates will be expected to work on site in Central London initially, with the possibility of working from home a couple times a week once you are up and running in the role. My client is looking for a freelance Site Manager to join their Construction team based on site in Bath. This is a year long contract working roughly 40 hours per week.The main duties and responsibilities will be to manage the delivery of the project and also plan, execute and finalise projects in accordance with service requirements, deadlines and budgets. You will support the project manager on a large multi million pound residential project. You must have experience running a £4M+ construction project.
