An award-winning construction consultancy firm are looking for an Associate Director to join the Regional Director in London. You will come from a Quantity Surveying, Project Management or Planning/Project Controls background and want to make a name for yourself in the construction industry. Responsibilities:Cost Reporting, Valuations and cost control at post Contracts stageAgreement of final accountsWorking with the team in terms of marketing and pushing the team forward to further success.Attend Client meetingsDevelop client relationshipsProvide ideas and a strategic view to the businessRun projectsMeasurement and Cost PlanningAdvise Client's on most suitable form of Contract and procurement routeWork closely with external consultants, including architects and engineers; this will include attendance at design team meetingsProduction of tender documents, tender analysis and tender reportsPreparing Contract documents
Requirements:Relevant degreeProfessional membership with a recognised bodyAbility to work autonomouslyAbility to organise and manage time effectively, taking responsibility for own projectsHighly motivated and driven to succeedRail or infrastructure background within a consultancy firmAbility to lead a teamManagement experience essential
