Your day to day responsibilities will include:
*Providing commercial terms and conditions advice
*Identifying risks and preparation of legal advice
*Negotiation of contracts and terms with clients and their advisors
*Undertaking risk and compliance training of staff and helping research and prepare guidance on business risk
To succeed in this role, you will need:
*To be a qualified solicitor or barrister, coming from a large, commercial background
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent negotiation skills, ability to prioritise workloads and have the ability to identify risks
