A leading Construction and Property firm are looking for an experienced, ambitious and driven Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team, based client side in North London. You will have the opportunity to run a programme of works for a major energy to waste infrastructure project. You will have the opportunity to lead a team and really take the next step up in your career! You will have the scope to grow a team under you up to 10 people!!

Your role as an Associate Quantity Surveyor here:

* Design, contract administration and project management
* Pre and Post contract services
* Procurement of main contractor packages
* Produce documents to tender
* Contract Administration
* Valuations
* Cost Management


* Relevant degree
* Ability to work autonomously
* Ability to organise and manage time effectively, taking responsibility for own projects
* Highly motivated and driven to succeed
* Civils/Utilities background within a consultancy or contractor background
* NEC form of contract - essential
* Ability to lead a team
