Attendance & Data Administrator,
September start, Leeds West Yorkshire

An academy based school is looking to appoint for the position of Attendance & Data Administrator. This will be a permanent position starting September 2018, working 31 hours per week (Term time only).

With good organisational and communication skills, the person appointed will be able to work flexibly as part of a team but also be able to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision.

The right person will also have the ability to collate, input, and report upon data with accuracy whilst multi-tasking being essential. The successful candidate will also have a good level of experience in data administration with the ability to input data to produce reports for monitoring using computerised systems and databases. They also must have great communication skills with the ability to work under their own initiative, and maintain great organisational skills and computer literacy with the ability to plan, organise and deliver.

The successful person appointed must also be able to prioritise workload to ensure all external and internal deadlines are met, and be able to work with sensitive information and material, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

The specific requirements of this post are -
A minimum of 4 GCSE passes including English and Mathematics.
- NVQ Level 1/2 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent.

The school is looking to appoint the right person who has significant experience of data administration and reporting (in an educational setting would be advantageous). With also the comprehensive ability in the use of different computer software packages including Microsoft Office and Databases.
