Are you an experienced Customer Service professional seeking an exciting new opportunity? Our Client, a reputable regulatory authority are seeking an experienced candidate to join their Customer Support Team to provide guidance and assistance to customers, building and maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities



* To act as first point of contact for Licence Manager companies, providing support and advice
* Manage and own follow up contact to customers where appropriate through to the resolution of enquiry
* Understand and respond to the complete enquiry, ensuring the enquiry is logged relevantly, accurately and in line with quality assurance standards
* Respond to customer queries from a variety of contact channels such as; Web chat, telephone, e-mails, payment services
* Provide understanding of the companies operational teams and departments roles and responsibilities
* Support and encourage customers to use online access
* Assist and support customers and clients to comply through providing advice and guidance
* Accurately record evidence to support all decisions that may be appealed at court
* Work alongside the decisions, Intelligence and Risk teams to establish and develop cases of non=compliance or breaches
* Achieve both team and individual performance targets

Required Skills & Experience



* Experience in undertaking challenging conversations
* Ability to understand and interpret legislation and apply this to every day enquiries
* Easily able to persuade and influence people to take the necessary action applying appropriate questions techniques when required
* Excellent computer skills
* Experience with managing workload and meeting strict deadlines
* Able to take accountability for own performance and development
* Experience of working in a business to business customer support function desirable

This role will be on a permanent, full time basis and based in Canary Wharf - paying £24,000 per annum and has excellent training opportunity and chances for progression and professional development.
