Are you an Event Marketing Executive with a minimum of 6 months experience working in a B2B (business media) publishing and events company? Are you looking for a career where you can progress quickly and have access to international opportunities as you develop, working on exciting campaigns for high quality B2B events around the world?

If so - this role could certainly be for you! We are looking for an event marketing executive to join a fast paced team within a market leading business intelligence provider in Central London.

The role will involve the full marketing mix, focusing on driving interest and attendance for B2B award ceremonies, round tables and conferences!

The right candidate will certainly have prior experience working in B2B publishing/ events and have a strong grasp of digital marketing, CRM, Email and database campaign development and delivery.

About the role:

- Management and execution of marketing campaigns for allocated events
- Manage the planning process for each event, ensuring collaboration and communication across all departments to ensure a successful launch that is delivered on time
- Write a comprehensive marketing plan for each event, detailing all event campaign activity and registrations/entries tracking, presenting to key stakeholders as and when required
- Identify and action new opportunities to drive marketing best practice and innovation across the portfolio
- Proactive database development to support individual marketing campaigns and long-term audience development
- Brief and manage all event design requirements, ensuring that marketing collateral meets brand guidelines
- Maximise opportunities to improve marketing processes and activity, such as email automation and dynamic content
- Carry out post event research and analysis for each event and circulate a post event marketing report to key event stakeholders
- Collaborate with the wider events marketing team to share ideas and best practice


6 months experience minimum working in a B2B publishing and events environment
Experience within email, crm, digital and data base marketing
Knowledge and experience of the full marketing mix
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Pro-active and able to problem solve independently
Passionate about success and delivering consistently excellent results
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong creative writing skills
Strong maths and analytical abilities
Excellent Excel skills
Commercially focused, and able to bring new ideas on board
Able to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
