You’ll also be involved in some national activity, working in a team environment with both desk and strategic partners.
Payment Specialist (Field Sales) Role:
Identify and recruit new customers, lead commercial negotiations and exchange legal contracts within the SME marketActively sell the full range of Barclaycard Business solutions, where appropriateEngage in Relationship Management, to build ongoing relationships with external customersDevelop a personal sales plan to achieve targeted objectives and goals within a designated territoryCultivate and handoff leads to other members of the New Business Team, liaising closely with the wider new business teamAttend relevant events to develop New Business opportunities and create a close working relationship & joint understanding with Barclays Local Business Teams within your regionProvide expertise and consultancy in evolving markets, build and evolve great working relationships at regional level with contacts and strategic partnersPayment Specialist Requirements:
Educated to degree levelGreat interpersonal/communication skillsEngaging and energetic with a positive outlookGood understanding of the B2B sector and fully aware of industry trends in the UK and overseasGood working knowledge of the bank’s products and servicesProven team player who can articulate “bigger” picture scenario when considering customer needsPareto Law values diversity and promotes equality.
