Are you up for a challenge and confident to work with young people that display challenging behaviour?

We are currently looking for a behavioural support worker who has the skills and confidence to work with young people who are leaving care.

Our client are regularly getting new placements to help vulnerable young people who had a very troubled life. They want someone who is committed to creating a homely, caring and safe environment in which the children can thrive, fulfilling their potential and personal goals.

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Pay: Starts from £9.00/ Hour

Rota: Waking nights 22:30-8:00 and Days


* Weekly pay
* 24 hours shift available
* Accrued Holiday pay (PAYE)
* Site parking

What we are looking for:

* A minimum of 6 months experience working with Children and Young Adults
* Calm, reliable, and understanding
* Sociable applicants with a compassionate nature
* Flexible and adaptable candidates
* Applicants who are confident handling challenging behaviour
* Online enhanced DBS or willing to do a new one
