The Bid & Team Coordinator will provide support to the Landlord team in various areas including Business Development, Document production and administrative duties. They will be responsible for gathering and collating tender/ bid submission from the Landlord team, and will provide BD support by promoting the Area business in line with the on-going business plan.

* Working closely with the Division Director, Head of LL team, Pre- Con Managers, Technical Services Manager, Project Managers and Designers, collate the information required for the pitch document by InDesign.
* Production of both Bid and Collateral documents from prepared formats.
* This will involve some graphic design and ensuring compliance with formats as laid out in the tender documents
* Will be involved in the review / run through of the document in order to advise on changes and take responsibility for revision of the document.
* Organising Landlord team social events.
* Organising events with existing and potential clients to ensure key client relationships are maintained and new relationships are developed.
* Promoting Area's Landlord division by hosting events centred around industry trends.
* Support the Divisional Director to manage Landlord's 2018 Marketing Plan and budget
* Working with the Marketing Department to identify and create supporting collateral for the Business Development Team E.g. Brochures, case studies, Landing Pages
* Reception support as and when necessary.
* Diary management of all Landlord Directors, and personal support duties as required to Divisional Director.
* Respond to PQQ- complying with Area format.
* Attending and note taking on bi-monthly Director away days where necessary.

Successful candidates must have:

* Previous experience working on site or in a project office
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to multitask
* Good attention to detail
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
