job description

A highly successful civil engineering contractor are aiming to continue their success in winning work. Working on a range of exciting projects and frameworks, they continue to receive praise and recognition for both their work and the superb environment they provide for staff to work in. This is a permanent role with a base in West Midlands, however the nature of the work means there will be an opportunity to travel across the region.

Growth plans have created a new role for a Bid Manager to join the business. This is a permanent role with a base in West Midlands, however the nature of the work means there will be an opportunity to travel across the region.

The focus of the role is to interface with clients, to discuss bids often from a technical perspective. This will be in the water infrastructure industry

Skills required:

- Strong experience within Civil Engineering projects
- Experience of working under Joint Venture conditions
- Background in water, Rail, Civils infrastructure, ideally on frameworks
- Proven Bid Management skills
