An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Billing professional to join an established team within an international organisation that offers variety and interacts with customers and various teams across the business.
You will have responsibility for your own contract portfolio to generate and distribute invoices whilst ensuring the information provided is in line with each contractual agreement.
Responsibilities:To issue accurate invoices and credit-notes to clients on a prompt & timely basis, in-line with relevant controlsWork cross-functionally to resolve and support customer billing issues/enquiriesAssist Managers in performing internal control procedures to ensure compliance.Prepare ad hoc projects and analysis, when neededAssisting in the preparation of statistical revenue information for finance reporting teams and monthly reconciliations
Person:Ideally 3+ years of billing experience in a fast paced changing environment.Demonstrates a clear commitment to the team approach exchanging ideas and providing support to colleaguesHighly organised and methodicalProven ability to work autonomously in a fast paced and often ambiguous work environment to manage assigned responsibilitiesStrong oral and written communication skills as well as eagerness to learn and take on challenges in a changing environment. Demonstrates high energy with the ability to remain flexible and change priorities in a challenging and fast paced environmentExcellent computer skills with MS Office and ideally SAP
