This established architectural practice deliver commercial, creative thinking and believe in a collaborative design approach with the client's interests firmly at the heart of what they do! They are currently looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their London team!

Their portfolio encompasses a combination of conversion, extension and new build projects bringing together a mix of skills and services including market and site analysis, massing and feasibility studies, space planning, technical detailing and construction expertise in order to establish the best design solution for any given project.

Job description:

* Must have a degree in Architecture / Architectural Technology / BIM

* Managing the BIM coordination for studio projects, working directly with the BIM Manager.

* Ensure all projects align with studio BEP

* Regular model auditing, clash detection and report summaries.

* Maintain BIM standards and processes across all studio projects

* Support the BIM Manager with full project implementation sharing best practice across the business and workshops

* Provide technical support and regular training workshops

* Active participant in R&D keeping aligned with developing technologies

Skills necessary:

* High proficiency with Revit and BIM related software essential (Navisworks, Dynamo etc).

* Good understanding of current BIM Level 2 requirements

* Strong technical background and experience of construction packages

* Experience in RIBA Stages 3-5

* Excellent communication skills and willingness to train and act as technical support to less experienced team members

* Delivering coordination workshops to the design team, as well as the ability to host and manage coordination meetings
