The Role
We are seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to join our team at a prestigious site in Farnborough. You will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and adjusting Building Management Systems to optimise energy efficiency and performance. Your duties will include:
- Trend Analysis: Identifying patterns and implementing improvements to ensure optimal system performance.
- Reprogramming: Making necessary adjustments and reprogramming BMS to meet the site's evolving needs.
- System Maintenance: Ensuring all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Calibration of site sensors DR and EC
- Reactive works as required
- Assist other disciplines With Fault Finding And Resolves
- Assist Contractor With PPMs As Required
- Alarm Investigation And Reduction Where Achievable
- Cause And Effect Investigation Where Required For Breakdowns To Prevent Future Occurrence
- Liaise With External Contractor For Critical Spares
- Liaise With External Contractor For Breakdown Fixes And System Improvements

Qualifications & Experience
- Tridium Experience And N4 Certification
- Experience Working With Trend Systems
- Working With Different Types Of Communication Between IO And Controllers
- Systems Knowledge i.e HVAC DX Units Switchboards AHU's evaporative Cooling/humidification
