My client are looking to hire a maintenance engineer who has strong plant room maintenance experience in commercial environments.
Duties
- Electrical PPMs and reactives
- Mechanical PPMs and reactives
- Plumbing PPMs and reactives
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm testing
- Fire door testing
- Fabric maintenance - painting, decorating, basic carpentry, repairing building fixtures
- Assisting subcontractors with audits and minor installations
- Ensuring Log books are kept up to date
Requirements
- Electrical or Mechanical Level 3 (NVQ/C&G) qualification
- C&G 18th edition (desirable)
- 3+ years FM building services experience
Package
- £38,000 to £42,000 (DOE)
- Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm)
- Static site in Camden
