Building Services Manger

Are you keen on working for one of the UK's leading housing associations in the UK? My client has the largest and most ambitious residential development programme in the sector, with plans to deliver thousands of new homes over the next 10 years. This is a once in a life time opportunity to work with small housing associations and SMEs to help create whole new towns.

I am looking for a Building Services Manager with experience within the Residential sector. This is a regional role offering the chance to work on some of the largest housing developments in London.


* Manage the design and installation of the M&E Packages for several projects.
* Co-ordinate with internal managers and sub-contractors to ensure these packages are delivered to time and to specification.
* Carry out Toolbox talks and produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all site activities.
* Ensure all industry and company Health and Safety procedures are maintained at all the times with the assistance of fellow managers.
* Responsible for reading and co-ordinating with the use of Blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications.


* Experience working for an M&E sub contractor / developer
* Experience working within the Residential sector
* Construction Management Certificates are essential including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
* Experience in the tender process of projects is essential due to the current stage of the build of some projects


* Progression/Promotion
* Gain experience working on the most prestigious projects in London at the moment
