Building Services Manager

My client is a leading regional contractor with work throughout Hampshire, DOrset, Wiltshire and Surrey. They have an immediate need for a Building Services manager to work across multiple smaller projects in Wiltshire. You will be responsible for all building services on a number of extension and refurbishment projects for the MoD.

You will work closely with the site teams and report in to the Operations Detector. You will be involved in schemes from Design stage through to completion and handover to the client managing multiple sub contractors. You will have experience working for a main contractor or established sub contractor delivering similar projects.

Requirements



* CSCS - Site visitor or upward
* Mechanical or electrical qualification - HNC level or equivalent
* IT literate
* Able to manage design reviews
* Strong Communicator
