job description

Due to continued expansion my client is looking to bring on board an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team. Based in the Hove office you will have access to a varied and interesting property portfolio working with some of the most well regarded clients in the South East. Your client base will include managing agents, local authorities, NHS Trusts, schools, private property owners, insurers and other property professionals including architects and contractors. You will be fully supported by a large back office team and will receive guidance and advice from the highly experienced Surveying management team.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a pro active individual to take responsibility for all core surveying activities including:

Feasibility reports

Preparation of specifications/schedule of works

Preparing and issuing tender documents.

Running a competitive tender process including managing queries from tendering contractors

Schedules of Conditions
