The company is looking for a dilligent building surveyor with a passion for the built environment and exploring new areas of the industry to provide design, planning and specification, technical surveys, defect reports, contract administration and more to clients across rail, commercial, residential, hospitality and retail throughout London.
In return for your work you'll be offered a salary that fits yor realistic expectations, and with a flexible view on applicants, the benchmark currently for non chartered at £35-45K and chartered at £45-55K.
The company provides an excellent holiday allowance of 30 days (+bank holidays) with 3 to be taken over the Christmas period. They also provide private healthcare for staff across the business and you can expect a private pension of 8% with 3% input from the business.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years experience working as a building surveyor, and hold an RICS accredited degree in a relevant discipline.
You will need to be commutable to London Bridge (within an hour preferably) and hold a valid UK driver's license for travel via car when required.
Comptencyu in AutoCAD is a must have for this role as producing drawings will be an essential part of this role.
Additional experience in Party Wall and Schedules of Dilapidation is an added bonus.
