Due to business growth and an increasing workload, the business is now looking for a chartered building surveyor to their team, adding to several recruits who have joined in the past year.

As a chartered building surveyor you will receive a competitive market salary between £48 & 52K, and flexibility on remuneration for those with more experience. (this will be assessed on a case by case basis).

Your role as a chartered building surveyor will be based in London's West End, but initially working remotely, you will be part of a growing team of 8 building surveyors serving commercial clients on a mixture of technical matters and project work. Instructions will include:

For this Chartered Building Surveying rolre you will need to be a fully qualified member of the RICS with a minimum of 3 years of building surveying experience including a year post qualification ideally.
You will need to have prior experience working for a private consultancy as a building surveyor, preferably with exposure to dilapidations work and contract administration / project management.
You will need to be a strong written and verbal communicator, with excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple instructions simultaneously.
