We are currently recruiting for a business administrator join a small but growing telecommunications company near to Coventry/ Solihull. This company have a beautiful, spacious office in between Solihull and Coventry, they are a family run business and are looking for someone to grow with their team and company!
You will be working in a team of 6 as a business administrator, this is a really varied role but you will be responsible for driving the business forward with all office administration! We are looking for someone with excellent IT skills and the ability to take in lots of information and use different systems!
This role could be perfect for you if you have previous administration experience or are a recent graduate!
Your responsibilities:Making and taking calls to and from business customersRecording information on our CRMTaking ordersProcessing ordersChasing ordersChasing invoice paymentsCustomer service calls
Your skills experiencePrevious experience in a similar administration roleExtremely high level of IT skillsB2B experienceGood communication skillsConfidence to chase orders and speak to all types of customers at different levelsGood memory skills - you will be using 6 different systems!Recent graduate looking for a new opportunity
You will be supporting the business with sales and business development by talking to customers about products so a little bit of natural sales ability would also be beneficial!
