Then look no further ! Our Tier One Bank is seeking a driven candidate who has the ability to carry out a range of more complex clerical/technical support tasks to deliver a quality service to customers or internal colleagues in line with agreed service standards. The role requires call handling and dealing with administrative tasks.

Global Transaction Compliance (GTC) Shared Services is responsible for ensuring the bank remains compliant with CDD standards and the Group Policy and legal requirements relevant to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing.

The job holder will provide high quality Customer Due Diligence and Ongoing Know Your Customer (OKYC) support to specific entity types within Retail Business Banking (RBB) business ensuring all regulatory deadlines and requirements are met.

Hours: Range between 09:00-17:00

Salary: £9.70-£10.70 hourly

Location: Manchester Westminster House

Role: GTC RBB Analyst (Grade B)

Department: Global Transaction Compliance

Interview process: 30min face to face interview

Start date: ASAP

Contract: 6 months

Has these key accountabilities:


* To receive analyse and fulfil the requirements for specific entity types of KYC/KYB in line with the Commercial Bank CDD standards.
* Ensure compliance with the Group's policies, procedures and guidelines together with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements where appropriate implementing actions to protect the Group's business at all times.
* Support Client Management team as subject matter expert in respect of Customer Due Diligence/ KYC and OKYC, to onboard new customers in an efficient and effective manner - ensuring ongoing compliance requirements are met.
* Respond to a wide range of Customer/Relationship Manager enquiries, resolving queries and issues satisfactorily.
* Provide input on reports to management, in an accurate, compliant and timely manner to monitor and control risk effectively suggesting improvements as appropriate.
* Support as required, project activities in order to ensure they are delivered effectively in line with key milestones.
* Adapt to and identify changes in systems, processes and working practices in order to achieve operational improvement.
Sharing best practice and promoting a Continuous Improvement Culture within the team.
