Business Developement Assistant / Coordinator

The Client:

Award winning top construction contractor are seeking an experienced Business Development Assistant / Coordinator to join their team! Projects range from retail to education to healthcare ranging from £2 - £30 million. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well respected, recognised contractor who have a strong focus on internal progression and promotion.

Requirements & Duties

Experience working within Construction is essential, Business Development Assistant / Coordinator is preferable however, all roles will be considered.



* Client meetings
* Understanding of the construction industry
* Generating leads
* Researching leads & clients
* Presenting opportunities to Directors
* Attending industry events & representing contractor
* Managing pipeline and ensuring dealings are met
* Assist in tenders / bids
* Working closely with techinical & estimating teams
* Keeping up to date with the market, standards and any issues that could affect the business / future projects
