Business Development Executive Role:
  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of Decibel’s offering and marketplace in order to best educate prospective clients
  • Identify leads and creatively establish qualified opportunities, proactively calling, emailing and networking with potential clients
  • Undertake thorough research on the key influencers of customers in order to develop rapport and relationships
  • Capitalise on warm leads generated by marketing, and rekindle relationships with dormant clients
  • Act as the central point of new customer contact
  • Successfully educate prospects on the benefits of Decibel’s offering, scheduling meetings for the Enterprise Sales team to attend and close
Business Development Executive:
  • Educated to a 2.1 degree level standard, from any discipline
  • Commercial acumen and attention to detail
