Role: Inside Sales/Business Development Executive
Location: Maidstone


Our client is an emergency response specialist helping clients in their time of need to build their business back up and put their livelihoods back together. From humble beginnings our client has established themselves as one of the UK's largest contractors in disaster recovery, emergency response and environmental management.

They are now looking to grow their sales team with the addition of a motivated and driven Business Development Executive who will be tasked with generating leads and booking appointments as well as picking up on inbound opportunities qualifying their needs and passing over to the field sales team.

Inside sales - The Role
As an experience inside sales specialist you'll be responsible for driving new business by developing new leads through cold calling, social selling as well as picking up on inbound enquiries. Qualifying these leads through strategic questioning techniques you will tasked with scheduling new business appointments for the field based team.
Placed in the driving seat of the future of the company, you will assume responsibility for growth and be expected to critically assess your own performance. You will shape your own destiny as part of the company by having an entrepreneurial attitude with the drive to succeed within this global organisation. You will be dealing with senior decision makers, therefore you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a tenacious, adaptable attitude to build solid professional relationships.
