Business Development Manager
Industry: B2B PR (Press Release solutions)
Location: London office Based (Territory - Israel)
30-50% travel required

This is an exciting role for an experienced New Business Developer who has ties to business media or PR to take on an international sale role while joining an expanding market leader in Global PR solutions. This role will require the successful candidate to have market knowledge of Israel (customs & core industries etc) , as growing market share in this region will be the primary focus for the successful Business Development Manager.

Hebrew speakers are of specific interest - but language skills are not a requirement.

This exciting new role while being office based in London, will offer up to 50% travel to the region so that strong relationships and partnerships can be built with prospective clients. In return the company offers excellent uncapped commission and plenty of freedom for you to run your region as an entrepreneur.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for breaking ground and generating new revenue from new client acquisition. Based on the predicted growth expectations of our business in the region, we are looking for an individual with a proven B2B sales track-record, with the skills to acquire and manage these relationships within their designated territory. Maximising revenue potential by utilizing your sales experience as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting market research and creating a business development plan alongside management to ensure future revenue growth in the market.

What You'll Do
*Source leads and build a qualified, lucrative sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, creating new business opportunities and managing/expanding existing customer relationships
*Generate new revenue through new client acquisition and upselling of current and new products and services
*Develop an all-round knowledge and become an expert on our business products, processes, and operations
*Provide strategic and tactical advice on how to tackle the Israel market
*Create and deliver sales presentations to key decision makers on both existing accounts and new business prospects
*Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the industry and the competitive landscape
*Complete deliverables by following objectives per presented KPIs
*Participate in professional PR, Investor Relations and as well as industry specific organizations/events for the promotion of Business Wire and its services.
*Utilize approved social media channels (such as LinkedIn and Twitter) to network with prospects/clients and champion Business Wire's innovative products and services

What You'll Need

*Prior experience selling or living in the Israeli market (and or speaking Hebrew)
*5+ years outside B2B sales experience ( with at least 4 years in Business Development)
*Prior experience in business media, PR, or similar media solutions industry
*Experience selling within public relations, investor relations, media and/or financial markets preferred but, not essential.
*Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals by managing all stages of the sales cycle including prospecting, needs analysis, presentation, proposal, negotiation and closing
*Superior problem-solving skills
*Ability to work both independently and develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients and colleagues which are based on mutual respect and integrity
*Excellent communication AND presentation skills a MUST
*Exceptional time management skills displaying ability to manage multiple tasks with strict attention to detail
*Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Office 365
*Basic knowledge of Hubspot an advantage.
*Ability to travel to Israel up to 50%
