Business Development Manager Role:
  • Obtain and maintain a thorough knowledge of Redwood’s product and proposition set
  • Work on direct sales opportunities – identifying, prospecting, negotiating and closing opportunities with C-Level professionals
  • Closely work with System Integrators and partners in order to educate potential clients
  • Generate business pipeline via channel and direct sales to meet and exceed company targets
  • Uphold the integrity of the company in promoting customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with internal technical teams to conceive of and sell communications solutions, acting as the lead and specialist
  • Develop rapport with senior contacts and maintain a strong network throughout the contact centre industry
  • Manage existing customer relationships in order to up and cross sell services
  • Proactively investigate new markets into which the company can expand
  • Act as the focal point on the commercial side of projects
Business Development Manager:
  • Educated to high degree level standard with a full Bachelor’s
  • Fluency in the German language
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • The ability to prioritise and manage time independently
  • Comfortable in a target driven environment
  • A reliable, trustworthy and consultative approach with a strong customer focus
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent attention to detail
