They’re now looking for ambitious, relationship-led Business Development Managers at an exciting time of growth for the company. You’ll take charge of your own assigned territory (the M62 corridor), managing relationships with prospects and customers and regularly travelling to engage with them.

Your central responsibility as a Business Development Manager with the company will be to create and develop relationships with prospects and customers.

Business Development Manager Role:
- Obtain and maintain a ready, current knowledge of the company’s offering, industry and competitor landscape
- Regularly perform business outreach – proactively contacting prospects via email and over the phone to qualify interest and schedule meetings in which to pitch
- Develop long term relationships with existing clients, managing framework customers as well as generating new business
- Schedule appointments and visit customer sites to assess how the business can service them
- Provide quotes, actively listen, negotiate and influence in order to win business
Business Development Manager:
- Educated to degree level
- A full driving licence
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A natural flair for developing business relationships
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
