    An amazing real estate service provider with Global Reach is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

    Ideally this candidate will be based around the Leeds area with Hybrid and field split however for the right candidate there will be flexibility and the company is willing to make changes where needed.

    Key responsibilities:

    *Negotiation and successful closure of sales opportunities.

    *Ownership and development of relationships with existing, new and potential clients.

    *Developing a long term pipeline through exploring new and existing markets.

    *Delivering exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations.

    *Representing the business at relevant exhibitions and conferences.

    *Developing an expert knowledge of matters and issues relevant to your core market as well as competitor activity and trends.

    What we are looking for:

    *Experience in a similar position, similar industry would be advantageous but it is not a requirement.

    *Strong sense of customer focus.

    *Ability to prioritise demands and work under pressure.
