Business Development Manager

Our client is looking for a confident and professional BDM to manage a sales pipeline from prospect to conversion, through strong relationship building, comprehensive product knowledge and effective time management.

The role

If you have proven B2B experience, have excellent communication and presentation skills and are looking for an opportunity to excel with a growing and progressive company, then this could be the role for you!

You will be responsible for managing and generating new sales leads, converting prospective clients, preparing and leading initial client meetings and delivering professional presentations.

As a BDM, you will receive a competitive salary and a permanent contract. You'll work Monday to Friday in the new modern head office, with free parking, which is conveniently located just a couple of minutes from the A55 in St Asaph.

The role consists of:

* Managing sales leads and identifying new business opportunities
* Building effective relationships across prospective business contacts
* Delivering professional presentations and leading client meetings
* Providing a comprehensive understanding of the software solutions available and their functionality to prospects
* Ensuring all contact and calls are logged using the internal CRM system

What will I need in order to be considered for the BDM role?

* Ability to generate new business and feel comfortable hitting the phones
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Superb negotiation skills
* Brilliant problem solving and troubleshooting skills
* Tenacity and drive to succeed
* Hold a full UK driving licence. Please note, there will be some overnight stays whilst visiting clients at their sites.
