Role: Business Development Manager

Location: Home office/international travel

Salary: £50k basic with commission (negotiable dependant on experience)

You would be part of a professional services business that have earned their name in the market. You will have the opportunity to build your network in a niche sector of your choice and/or cross sell the company's full service portfolio across various sectors. This role is for you if you are ambitious, hardworking and enjoy the thrill of closing a sale as well as travelling as part of your job.

This is a flat structure, no egos type of environment where you will have full autonomy of your workload and be the master of your fate.

• Proactively sourcing new leads through business research, conferences and marketing campaigns
• Identify, prospect and close new business to broaden the customer base, whilst also maintaining and developing existing clients through quality account management and marketing the company's full service portfolio
• Maintain CRM records
• Conduct sales presentations and provide client consultancy
• Other Ad hoc duties as required

Role requirements:
• Track record of success in new business development and client relationship building
International sales experience is a pre-requisite for this opportunity
• Can demonstrate a thorough understanding of new business sales process from initial prospecting requirements and activities through negotiation to contract
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Can work remotely and undertake international travel
• The role requires a highly-motivated person with drive, vision and the ability to work independently while remaining self-motivated.
