Business Development Representative responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and opportunities through careful communication with prospects
- Communicate and build a rapport with prospects through a variety of channels
- Attend networking events and exhibitions to further the company’s proposition and increase overall brand awareness
- Perform thorough and accurate account research and stakeholder mapping to uncover key thought leaders and corporate initiatives
- Through careful and considered conversations, strategically identify what the prospect’s challenges are and how the value propositions of the business can help to solve them
Candidate Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Essential - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in business level German
- Personable and confident dealing with a range of individuals at every level of business
