Our client are now looking for dynamic and creative graduates, with an entrepreneurial spirit to join their team of Business Development Representatives. You’ll be pivotal in growing business accounts and opportunities for Prophix as they continue to excel within the industry!
Business Development Representative Package:

Business Development Representative Role:
- Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the market it operates within, in order to articulate benefits of the business to prospects and existing clients
- Working within your assigned territory, use researching tools and techniques to find new contacts and develop a target prospect list
- Perform prospect outreach to your generated leads via phone calls, emails and social channels, gaining an understanding of their business needs and pitching the software solutions
- Book sales meetings with key decision makers for senior members of the team- once you are comfortable in the role you will run some of these meetings yourself to build rapport with clients and secure business to build on your accounts
- Maintain strong business relationships within your existing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied with the company offering and seeking any cross-sell or up-sell opportunities when they arise
- Utilise and maintain the company CRM system (Salesforce) ensuring all client information and sales activity is input correctly and in a timely manner
Business Development Representative Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a target driven environment
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- A team player, who can also work autonomously
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
