Qualifications / ExperienceStrong administrative experience essential 5 GCSEs A - C including Maths and EnglishExperience scheduling meetings and minute taking is essential for this role Excellent IT skills - including MS packages including Word and DatabasesSwitchboard experience is highly desirablePrevious public sector experience is desirable Excellent communication and organisational skills required
Responsibilities:To provide a high level of administrative service to the team Organising and scheduling meetingsSwitchboard Ensure all customer queries are dealt with in the correct mannerCollate all information and ensure records are up to date Assist with the administration of quotations, reports and meetings
