Digby Morgan are partnering with an established firm based in Horley, seeking a strong all rounder to assume this business critical role.
The role will encompass a variety of elements, including managing administrative tasks such as processing insurance claims, managing renewal processes and coordinating events, in addition to providing PA support to a group of Directors, such as making travel arrangements, producing agendas / itineries and organising corporate entertainment.
The Business Support Manager will also assume responsibility for overseeing the company website, insuring relevant news and content is updated, as well as the company social media pages - so a good knowledge of social media platforms is a must!
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Administrator, PA or have a Business / Operations Support background and be familiar with working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, where no two days are the same. Excellent attention to detail and strong initiative are also a must, as this role will require someone to wear several hats and provide seamless support across different business areas. A good working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn are key, as the Business Support Manager will be responsible for managing these platforms on behalf of the company.
